What data is processed

The site does not store personal data. If you write to us on WhatsApp or social media, we receive the information you send: identification and contact details (name, phone number) and, if you share it, health information (symptoms, imaging, pain questionnaire answers). Health information is sensitive personal data.

The pain questionnaire puts the message together on your phone or computer: your answers are not stored or sent to the site. We only receive them if you choose to send them on WhatsApp.

What it is used for

To answer your questions, do the pre-evaluation on WhatsApp, schedule your visit and follow up on your care. All of these are necessary to see you. There are no secondary purposes: your data is not used for advertising or marketing, and it is not sold or shared with third parties.

Health information

The health information you share is used only to guide you and, where applicable, for your medical care, under professional confidentiality. If you prefer not to send it on WhatsApp, you can ask us for another way to share it.

Who else processes it

Messages go through WhatsApp (Meta), which processes them under its own terms. The site is hosted on Vercel, which runs servers outside Mexico solely to serve the page and measure how it works. Your data is not transferred to other third parties unless a competent authority requires it.

Cookies and measurement

The site sets its own cookie, dra-lang, only if you choose a language: it remembers that preference for one year and contains no personal data. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights record technical browsing data (pages viewed, device type, performance metrics) to measure the site as a whole, not to identify you. Without identifying you, they also count which buttons and links are used (for example, how often “WhatsApp” is tapped and where on the site, which FAQ is opened, or how many questionnaire questions were answered, how far down a page people read, or which other page of the site they go to next). They never record what you type or your answers. There is no advertising or third-party tracking.

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection to the use of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing on WhatsApp to 33 1501 3675. Include your name, the right you want to exercise, the data it refers to and an official ID. We will reply within 20 business days at most.

Retention

Data is kept as long as needed for your care and to meet applicable legal obligations.
