Procedures we perform
Minimally invasive regenerative and interventional techniques.
Symptom relief and tissue repair are not the same thing. We choose the procedure based on the mechanism, not on what is trendy.
What is prolotherapy?
It is a regenerative treatment that uses a proliferant solution to stimulate repair of damaged ligaments, tendons and joints.
The goal is not only pain relief, but also better function and quality of life in selected patients.
How does it work?
We assess your case
The area to treat is identified through an individualized evaluation.
We apply the solution
A proliferant solution is injected into the ligament, tendon or joint.
We stimulate repair
The aim is to stimulate the body’s own tissue-repair process.
We follow up
The plan is defined case by case. Results vary from person to person.
What the regenerative approach aims for
Aims to stimulate tissue repair in selected patients
Non-surgical, minimally invasive approach
Oriented toward function and quality of life
Ligaments, tendons and joints are assessed individually
Results vary from person to person
Requires a prior medical evaluation

What is prolotherapy?
It is a regenerative procedure. A proliferant solution is applied to weakened ligaments, tendons or joints to stimulate the body’s own repair response. It is not surgery. The goal is to improve function and pain in selected patients.
What other procedures do you perform?
In addition to prolotherapy: viscosupplementation, growth factors, arthrocentesis and ultrasound-guided injections. The specific procedure is chosen after you are assessed, not by picking a package.
Is this a surgical treatment?
No. These are minimally invasive techniques intended to support the body’s own repair process. When surgery is indicated, that is stated clearly and the patient is referred.
How do I book an appointment?
By WhatsApp at 33 1501 3675. Before booking, we review your case there. We ask about your symptoms and your imaging; if something is missing, we tell you what to bring. If you like, you can send us that information ahead of time with the pain questionnaire on this site. If what you share suggests your case needs a different kind of care, such as a surgical evaluation, we tell you right there. That way you do not have to travel. This guidance is not a consultation or a diagnosis. Consultations are strictly by appointment: in Guadalajara Monday through Saturday, and in Mexico City one week a month.
How much does the consultation cost? And the treatment?
The evaluation visit costs MXN $500 (Mexican pesos). Treatment (prolotherapy, viscosupplementation, injections or another procedure) has no fixed price: it depends on the area, the procedure and the number of sessions you need, which are decided at your evaluation. Before starting, we tell you the cost of your plan.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Results vary depending on the person, the tissue and what has already been tried. Expectations are reviewed honestly during the consultation.
